รายงาน “Nature-Based Infrastructure: How natural infrastructure solutions can address sustainable development challenges and the triple planetary crisis” นำเสนอผลการศึกษาว่าการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่มีธรรมชาติเป็นพื้นฐาน (Nature-based infrastructure) มีอิทธิพลต่อความก้าวหน้าการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ได้มากถึง 79% ของเป้าหมายย่อยทั้งหมด และยังช่วยปิดช่องว่างของโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และในขณะเดียวกันยังสามารถตอบสนองต่อวิกฤตการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ และความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพไปพร้อมกัน
